Uttarakhand Avalanche: राहत कार्य में 50 लोगों को किया गया रेस्क्यू, 4 की मौत

Rescue Operations in Full Swing After Uttarakhand Avalanche: 28 फरवरी, 2025 को उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले के माना गांव के पास एक बड़ा Avalanche हुआ। इस प्राकृतिक घटना की वजह से सीमा सड़क संगठन (BRO) का कैम्प प्रभावित हुआ। यह जगह बद्रीनाथ के पास है। यह एवलांच सुबह के करीब 7:15 बजे आया जिसकी चपेट कुल 55 लोग आ गए। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन जारी है और राज्य के CM घटना पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं-

यह घटना उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले से 3 किलोमीटर दूर माणा गांव के पास हुई। यह भारत-चीन (तिब्बत) सीमा पर आखिरी भारतीय गांव है जो माणा और माणा दर्रे के बीच स्थित है। इस घटना में ANI के अनुसार, "4 लोगों की मौत हो गई है।

रक्षा विभाग के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी देहरादून लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल मनीष श्रीवास्तव ने बताया, "आइबेक्स ब्रिगेड की बचाव टीम के नेतृत्व में हिमस्खलन बचाव अभियान अभी चल रहा है। सड़कें अवरुद्ध होने के कारण लोगों को निकालने के लिए कुल छह हेलीकॉप्टर तैनात किए गए हैं..."

उत्तराखंड के सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने X कर लिखा, 'सुबह टेलीफोन के माध्यम से मैंने माणा के पास हिमस्खलन में फंसे श्रमिकों को निकालने के लिए चलाए जा रहे राहत एवं बचाव अभियान की विस्तृत जानकारी ली। मैंने अधिकारियों को कल बचाए गए गंभीर रूप से घायल श्रमिकों को एयरलिफ्ट कर हायर सेंटर पहुंचाने के निर्देश दिए है'।

उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने क्षेत्रों का हवाई सर्वेक्षण ( Aerial Survey) किया

शुरुआती रिपोर्टों से संकेत मिलता है कि 57 श्रमिक फंस गए थे, हालांकि बाद में यह संख्या 55 बताई गई गई, क्योंकि दो श्रमिक छुट्टी पर थे। ANI के अनुसार, "बचाए गए बीआरओ (सीमा सड़क संगठन) के मजदूरों में से 3 का जोशीमठ के आर्मी अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा है; अब तक फंसे हुए कुल 55 मजदूरों में से 47 को बचा लिया गया है"।

भारतीय सेना, भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस (आईटीबीपी), राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (एनडीआरएफ), राज्य आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (एसडीआरएफ) और स्थानीय प्रशासन की मदद से बचाव कार्य किया जा रहा है। 

24 घंटे से बचाव कार्य जारी

नवीनतम अपडेट के अनुसार, आज सुबह भारतीय सेना ने हिमस्खलन स्थल से 14 नागरिकों को बचाया। खोज और बचाव अभियान 24 घंटे से अधिक समय से चल रहा है। मौसम में थोड़ी राहत के साथ, तीन घायल कर्मियों को भारतीय सेना द्वारा किराए पर लिए गए सिविल हेलीकॉप्टरों के माध्यम से गंभीर चिकित्सा के लिए माणा से जोशीमठ ले जाया गया।

उत्तराखंड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन सचिव विनोद कुमार सुमन कहते हैं, "वहां मौसम खराब बना हुआ है। मुख्यमंत्री लगातार स्थिति पर नजर रख रहे हैं। लगातार बर्फबारी के कारण रात में बचाव कार्य रोक दिया गया था... बचाव और राहत दलों को कोई खतरा न हो, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ऑपरेशन जारी है।  "रात को रोक दिया गया था। आज सुबह फिर से शुरू हो गया है...जोशीमठ में हमारी मेडिकल टीम तैयार है। उनके पास सभी जरूरी दवाइयां हैं...उन्हें जानकारी दे दी गई है। सेना, आईटीबीपी, बीआरओ, एनडीआरएफ, एसडीआरएफ, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस प्रशासन पूरी मुस्तैदी से काम कर रहे हैं...
